This is my Theatre

TIMT are a Sussex based theatre company created in 2016 that tours all over the UK with creative productions for all spaces from historic buildings and churches to purpose built theatres and open-air venues.

Whilst the main aim of the company is to produce classical plays and literature that are accessible to all, particularly those living in rural communities, we also create commissioned works to bring to life ideas to venues and engage visitors.

The Wind in the Willows – Sunday 11th June

By Kenneth Grahame

Following TIMT’s previous touring productions of The Secret Garden (“A wonderful afternoon of entertainment!” – Grapevine Live) and Treasure Island (“Non-stop entertainment!” – We Are Weymouth), we are delighted to be back this year with another family-friendly Summer adventure. Our adaptation of Kenneth Grahame’s much-loved story – packed with music, merriment and plenty of mischief – will be sure to warm hearts and spread joy this Spring.

“Hang spring cleaning!” cries Mole as he abandons this  seasonal task for the call of the world above.

And what a world he discovers! The River, The Wild Wood and  The Wide World beyond. Mole will experience adventure like  never before! Join him as he learns the joys and dangers of  living outside of his hole and forges friendships with the  logical Rat, formidable Badger and who can forget the  outrageous Toad of Toad Hall.

Closely adapted from the original and best-selling children’s  book by Kenneth Grahame and combined with traditional folk  music, this will delight children and adults alike this summer!

Robin Hood Sunday 30th July

Following TIMT’s previous touring productions of The Three Musketeers (“A must-see for lovers of theatre!” – Living Magazine) and Treasure Island (“Non-stop entertainment!” – We Are Weymouth), we are delighted to be back this year with another Summer adventure. Our adaptation of the much-loved story – packed with song, suspense and, of course, sword fights – will be sure to warm hearts and spread cheer this Spring.

Based on the traditional tales of the outlaw of Sherwood Forest, with sword fights galore this exciting adaptation will have everyone on the edge of their seats this summer!

Join the legendary Robin Hood as he takes on the Sheriff of Nottingham, steals from the rich to give to the poor and finds love along the way!

All ages will love this contemporary telling of this much loved hero with live music, song and… Did we mention the sword fights?
