Nestled in the heart of the stunning Chiltern Hills, Daws Hill Vineyard spans three picturesque acres and is home to around 5,000 carefully nurtured vines. This boutique vineyard is dedicated to producing high-quality English sparkling wine using traditional methods and classic Champagne grape varieties—Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.

Join us for a captivating vineyard tour and tasting experience. You’ll embark on a journey from vine to bottle, exploring the traditional techniques that define our winemaking process. Learn how each bottle is crafted with care, and then enjoy a guided tasting of our elegant sparkling wines led by one of our knowledgeable and passionate tour guides.

To join a public tour and tasting, simply select a date from the calendar. Please note that vouchers can only be redeemed for tours and tastings, unless stated otherwise.

Wine and Cheese Night With The Deli at No 5

We are very happy to have teamed up with the lovely Joe and Hannah from The Deli at No 5 to be able offer wine and cheese pairing tours. Sessions will start with a tour of the Winery before a guided tasting of our wines, pairing cheeses and charcuterie to go with each one. 

These guys know their cheeses and have scoured the country for the very finest. Priding themselves of only dealing with the very best, they have found some beauties to pair with our wines and ciders.
