Nestled in the heart of the stunning Chiltern Hills, Daws Hill Vineyard spans three picturesque acres and is home to around 5,000 carefully nurtured vines. This boutique vineyard is dedicated to producing high-quality English sparkling wine using traditional methods and classic Champagne grape varieties—Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.

Join us for a captivating vineyard tour and tasting experience. You’ll embark on a journey from vine to bottle, exploring the traditional techniques that define our winemaking process. Learn how each bottle is crafted with care, and then enjoy a guided tasting of our elegant sparkling wines led by one of our knowledgeable and passionate tour guides.

Step behind the scenes of vineyard life as you learn the essential skill of tying down — a key part of training the vines that helps shape the season ahead. Guided by our team, you’ll get involved at your own pace, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful vineyard setting.

After a rewarding morning, we’ll gather for a generous BBQ lunch, served with a selection of wines from the winery. It’s the perfect way to unwind, share stories, and soak up the atmosphere.

Whether you’re a wine enthusiast, keen to learn more about vineyard life, or simply looking for a unique outdoor experience, this is a day not to miss.
