Nestled in the heart of the stunning Chiltern Hills, Daws Hill Vineyard spans three picturesque acres and is home to around 5,000 carefully nurtured vines. This boutique vineyard is dedicated to producing high-quality English sparkling wine using traditional methods and classic Champagne grape varieties—Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.

Join us for a captivating vineyard tour and tasting experience. You’ll embark on a journey from vine to bottle, exploring the traditional techniques that define our winemaking process. Learn how each bottle is crafted with care, and then enjoy a guided tasting of our elegant sparkling wines led by one of our knowledgeable and passionate tour guides.

To join a public tour and tasting, simply select a date from the calendar. Please note that vouchers can only be redeemed for tours and tastings, unless stated otherwise.

Vineyard and Winery Tour

Visit Daws Hill Vineyard today and take a tour for an introduction to our English Sparkling Wine!

We offer our guests the chance to see how we produce our Sparkling Wine. From growing champagne variety grapes, to small batch corking and labelling in our rustic converted stables, all with a backdrop of the beautiful Chiltern Hills.

Our tour will start with a short walk to our vineyard where we will explain how we grow our champagne grapes we will then go around the winery talking through the wine making process. We will conclude with a tasting of our available vintages.
