Nestled in the heart of the stunning Chiltern Hills, Daws Hill Vineyard spans three picturesque acres and is home to around 5,000 carefully nurtured vines. This boutique vineyard is dedicated to producing high-quality English sparkling wine using traditional methods and classic Champagne grape varieties—Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.

Join us for a captivating vineyard tour and tasting experience. You’ll embark on a journey from vine to bottle, exploring the traditional techniques that define our winemaking process. Learn how each bottle is crafted with care, and then enjoy a guided tasting of our elegant sparkling wines led by one of our knowledgeable and passionate tour guides.

Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply looking for a unique day out in the countryside, Daws Hill Vineyard offers a memorable and immersive experience in the art of English winemaking.

To join a public tour and tasting, simply select a date from the calendar. Please note that vouchers can only be redeemed for tours and tastings, unless stated otherwise.

Garden design hacks

This course is designed to give you a fast track to the skills required for design.

Lucie Giselle Ponsford has been working in gardens for the last 15 years and running her successful design and install business Mimosa garden design for 6 of those.  As Garden Manager of the School of Horticulture at the RHS Wisley garden in Surrey, she is passionate about sharing knowledge through learning.

Bring the spaces you want to visualise and learn how to orientate consider and design a micro space in a 1.5 hour session. Great fun and jam packed with info

 

The afternoon will include a leisurely lunch in the vineyard. Locally sourced ploughmans lunch with of course a glass or two of Daws Hill bubbles.
