Nestled in the heart of the stunning Chiltern Hills, Daws Hill Vineyard spans three picturesque acres and is home to around 5,000 carefully nurtured vines. This boutique vineyard is dedicated to producing high-quality English sparkling wine using traditional methods and classic Champagne grape varieties—Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.

Join us for a captivating vineyard tour and tasting experience. You’ll embark on a journey from vine to bottle, exploring the traditional techniques that define our winemaking process. Learn how each bottle is crafted with care, and then enjoy a guided tasting of our elegant sparkling wines led by one of our knowledgeable and passionate tour guides.

Led by our very own Daws Hill winemaker, vineyard manager, and second-generation family member, this session promises to be both fun and informative. Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or just starting your tasting journey, no previous knowledge is required—just a love of wine and a spirit of curiosity.

This is more than a tasting. It’s a story of time, terroir, and tradition told through five unique glasses.
